Roku is weird. i was out with the family for most of the game, came home went to Roku and was in time to see the last out in the top of the 8 and the first batter for the Rangers in the bottom of the inning. next thing i knew there was a pitcher change for the Cards, Roku went to what amounted to long self-commercial and came back to the game just before Smith hit his homer

I just started paying for Victory+ but if it wasn't for Roku I would get to see zero games

I wonder if the Rangers are trying to trade Garcia, since he didn’t play in the last 3 games.

hope so and maybe with Semien coming alive maybe him too. of course, we would have to kick in about half his contract impact stretched over the 4 years

If they are working on his swing, getting him to use those adjustments when he is at bat is another thing. They said that he was making adjustments in the off season and it sure didn’t look like it. Send him to Round Rock and let him work on it there.

I agree and I’m not comparing them but the scouting report I read said he’s a below average hitter and below average fielder yet he has a .984 fielding percentage over 5 years in the outfield which isn’t too bad.

I would take the downgrade if Osuna hits like he is. How many runs does Garcia save compared to how many runners he leaves on the bases.

I do not see much difference in them but basicly the OF is a strong point with options as far as who plays where.

Adolis has one minors option remaining and I sincerely hope the Rangers use it before putting him back in the lineup. Sitting him a few games is fine but applying any changes he is trying to make should come in Round Rock first.

Give him 10 to 15 ABs in AAA, build some confidence, then bring him up in a week or so.

I'm not really trying to say we shouldn't sit Garcia and he has been terrible at the plate but he drives in a lot of runs for some reason. He's either 1st or 2nd in RBIs every year.
