And I hold pat to what I told you guys all summer. I, too, was a pitcher who suffered from a herniated disk. The back is one of the most difficult injuries to come back from. Especially for a pitcher who thrives on keeping the ball low. You get no torque from your pitches, no plane, no tilt on your breaking ball, and most of all, you get no follow through. THIS is why I wanted another dude.
