I could see that being the thought of some, but from how they have handled the situation, the Rangers seem to prefer Crim at 1B and Harris in the OF.

Well. I think he is a good middle of the road hitter and a below average defense but I think we can do better….. Especially this point in the rebuild. Read a Newberg article and although I like Garcia he is not getting any younger.
I would keep an eyeball out for him but Lowe is another story. If we move him I am just fine with that

if we had someone to replace him fulltime i could agree but i don't see Huff as a fulltime 1Bman. and none of prospects are ready now maybe next season.

also Huff and Heim are an effect duo at C and if we move Huff to 1B who's the backup C and the backup 1B for the rest of the season?

i see us moving Lowe when the time is right off-season

if the trade package including doesn't return quality i'll complain. just dumping your best 1bman because some of us don't like him isn't good thinking
