From what I’ve seen so far, I actually like Walsh better than Lowe. Although I think Lowe had a down year last year because he was distracted from his moms cancer diagnosis.

Spot on and with the way Walsh has played so far I don’t think there’s a big rush to get Lowe back into the lineup right now.

I don’t think Carter was hit intentionally, since he was hit in the foot. But I wonder about Garcia and Jung. Maton did pitch for the Astros last year. Makes you wonder.

If Ohtani was hurt that bad in a similar situation, MLB would be scrambling to announce a new rule, making the manager accountable.

Great point. After seeing Langford run the bases, I didn’t realize he is that fast. We should get to see him play LF sooner rather than latter

I feel much more confident in this team that they will be fine without Jung in the short term.
I am disappointed because I think Jung was headed to 30 plus Hrs and another all star berth. Hopefully he is not gone until June

I am glad to see both Dunning and Bradford look good in each of their first games. I think a lot of the local and national media's reservations about the Rangers centered around the rotation and probably those two in particular. I am bullish on both of those guys.
