Just sayingIt would be out of respect for Miller.

No to Cruz. We need to go with the younger talent imo. What would you guys think about a Nelson Cruz reunion? He’s just sitting out there without a team.
On the one hand, he’s nowhere near the player he once was, he’s strictly limited to DH, and his strikeouts/OBP are quite a problem.
On the other hand, he’s still a .245 hitter with some power left, and he still hits lefties fairly well. And he’s essentially free.
Would you take a chance on a .245 hitter with some power and familiarity/feel good story for free, or do you think it’s better to give guys like Ornelas, Huff, JP Martinez, etc. the chance to prove themselves while our other guys are out?
It is a courtesy to him so he can still be around our young players. I doubt he plays another inning for usAll true but it is totally illogical to put Miller on the 60. The season would end before he could clear and he would be a free agent
Lowe does not need a regular back upProbably a few guys can play in an emergency. As far as a regular backup goes, Huff is the only one they have right now.
I wouldn’t think so either and on the 60 he can still around the team and I guess in the dugoutIt is a courtesy to him so he can still be around our young players. I doubt he plays another inning for us
Cmon O’s3 -2 Astros in 5th
I guess I should have phrased ot as a "real" backup, maybe. They do need that for every position.Lowe does not need a regular back up
I would rather run through guys like Huff, JP, Crim, Wendzel, Foscue, and even Carter. What would you guys think about a Nelson Cruz reunion? He’s just sitting out there without a team.

But, can they all start after the Rangers sign Grossman to a long term contract? LolLangford-Carter-Garcia is going to be the best OF in baseball one day in the near future.
