agree but this reminds me of what happened with Duran at the end of the season and the playoffs when he was exiled to the end of the bench as far from Bochy and the other coaches and was not used. he apparently pissed them then and apparently may have done it again. something tells me he may be traded between no and the trade deadline or during the off-season

I have not been as high on Duran as most on here. Prehaps he is not as good as first though or never was given the opportunity because of bad feelings. But like you, I think he will be traded.

I have no problem with Duran getting everyday ABs in the minors.
I also ok with him coming back if he gets penciled in everyday if Corey goes to the IL

FWIW the roster does not look like it can handle Duran Davis W and Ornelas. I suspect it will be different after the break

As you know ow, I have never understood Ornelas being rostered over guys we have lost in Rule 5.

I do think a guy like Duran would be a fit on almost any roster since he can play so many postions.

It seems like even the media is beginning to come around to the reality that the Rangers will not contend this year. Jared Sandler and Kennedi Landry seem to be the last holdoupen.

Landry had an article that I saw today mentioning how all of the players coming back from injury might cause Bradford to be optioned to AAA when he comes back because there would be no room for him in the pen or the rotation. She is completely ignoring the possibility of some of those pitchers being traded before all of them get back.
