Oh. Okay I dont think the rios deal is happening than lol. It wouldnt be considered a 3 team trade in that scenario. It would be 2 separate trades. It would only be considered a 3 team trade if the cubs were sending one prospect to the sox AND garza to texas

I am waiting to see what the trade will be. I was not a big fan of trading for a Garza who will most likely only be with us for just over 2 months and possibly the postseason too. Hope we are not sending more than 3 players for just 2 months of Garza and nothing/no one else.

You still have to use common sense, there is no way in hell JD gives up 6 prospects for Garza. This is bigger than what anybody is anticipating.

When are Edwards and Ramirez going to do anything for us? They are covered up for at least 4 years. Jackson has a bigger upside than Edwards anyway. That package is fine, especially if we can keep Garza him away from free agency. My concern is if we are giving up more prospects for Sherholz or Dejesus which are no upgrade to Murph IMO.
