I wonder if management is still unsure on whether they should be sellers or not? Do they need to lose X amount of games over the next week to convince them? Or, are they already convinced?

Not sure if they are capable of knowing. What we've seen the past two years cast doubt if JD is capable of making intelligent decisions. It goes all the way back to the Oder contract extension. Not much since that time has amounted to much except for Lynn and a pitcher or two. The offense has been completely ignored. I will apologize if indeed we find out the owners have limited the money.

There is still another shot at trading him this winter, but that would probably be a lower offer.

I don't think we need additional picks after that last draft.

I don't believe what JD said about Odor. The only reason there isn't competition for 2B is because they moved Solak to get him in the lineup. We have no lack of OF candidates who need a look. Put Solak or Santana at 2B and sit Odor on the bench. He is just making excuses.

This is the first I read although I knew he interviewed. Remember that games out of town, the questions to Woody (somewhat relevant) are by Emily J. Vested interest IMO

I don't think the Ivy League caliber guy is an idiot and do think their are constraints but now think if new owners comes in he will be gone or nicked up to Pres only.

But yes even a prospect at 2B or even Deitrich is better although I doubt he is in long term plans

Doubt Deitrich will be around long. Solak and Santana are fit for lf/2b. However,Danny needs to prove his hitting was not a fluke last year or he may be short lived.
