Yep - a bad drop at a bad time for sure. .... likely that we will see more Likely next season. ...

Tough when you have 1 huge blunder, let alone 2. Feel bad for the guy, he's been their only receiving threat for so long, they finally get some other weapons then he shits himself in biggest game of the season

I'd take him on the Vikings in a second.

I feel bad for Andrews. I do. But blunders?

The fumble was more of a great defensive play. We can argue ball security but he just made the catch and was about to turn up field in slick conditions.

As for the 2-point conversion "drop" ironically Romo or Nance, almost on queue, said the ball was slick. Andrews is sliding to make the catch... oops.

Andrews had some unfortunate coincidences imo. Not that any Ravens faithful are letting him off the hook.

Turning up the field when you already have a first down, ball wasn't secure at all in those conditions...for a seasoned vet like Andrews, that's a blunder.

I thought we all agreed already that Romo sucks at his new job! but it was ideal to get the ball back for the Bills so we could all hear him say "Let James Cook" for the 40th time last night.

For what it's worth, I put more of the blame for the loss on the coaches vs Andrews or any other players

Not sure if anyone else caught it, but on the second play of the game (and I forgot what actually happened), but Romo said something along the lines of "let's hope they don't look back at this play as the turning point." What? Romo, buddy, it was the 2nd play of the game!!!

Sounds about right, Romo handling this booth gig like it's a FG snap in the playoffs.

Everyone could tell Bills got all their momentum on that 2nd play, it was a game changer!

I agree totally. For the life of me I don't understand why they even bothered throwing passes. If they just ran read option on every play they blow them out. The Ravens always find a way to get in their own way.

They tried and couldn't run in the first half. Lamar had one bad throw... it was intercepted.

The second half, they were running it down our throats. They would have continued but that fumble (excellent Peanut ball jab to be more accurate) occurred.

The Bills dinked and dunked all game keeping the Ravens offense off the field.

On the final drive, Lamar took them down the whole field, threw a TD and then the 2-point conversion was dropped.

Sometimes you just lose games. There's no one to "blame". But if there's blame, it's on Andrews.

If 8 carries for 20 yards in the first half, on 4 drives, is 'trying', than they need to try harder. every drive Henry touched the ball 3 times or more, they scored. Doesn't matter who scored, or what Henry's yardage was.

you have Derick friggin Henry, you use him, to keep Josh Allen off the field

Henry had nothing to do with the first drive finishing with a TD.

The next three drives, there was no running room. 3 and outs are not better than extending drives with passing. And Henry dropped a wide open side line pass too.

The second half, they ran and ran and ran. Hill was running better than Henry actually. It was working. That punch fumble was not bad coaching. Going for two the first time was...which forced them to go for two the second time...which Lamar executed but Andrews flopped.

They just didn't have the ball enough, especially in the first half, to make the run game matter.

Again, and to infinity, it ain't about the results of any one run, any two runs, it's about what running the ball does to the defense. You really think they hit Bateman 42 yard bomb if the defense hadn't made sure 'there was no room to run'?

The results of the run game, the production, is inconsequential-you KEEP AT IT, so that you can hit those

the season long results prove that point, week in week out

They did keep at it though. They ran 30 times on 57 plays. Seven of the passing plays came on the final drive. So that is three out of every five plays being a run up until the final drive.

Henry's first four carries went for 3 yards total. No, I don't think he had anything to do with the first TD. Other than generic defense concerned about the best run game in the league.

This game was about the three turnovers and the two botched 2-point conversions.

Running with Lamar, especially pass plays that end up being scrambles, is not the same effect. Nor is a Justice Hill rush, although at least that's somewhat similar, so I wouldn't argue too strongly against those. At least the line is still attempting to punish defenders and LB's.

4 scrambles, and we're at 26 true rush attempts in 57 plays. Inexcplicably, Mark Andrews accounted for two of those, we're down to 24. Lamar had 2 'design' keepers, and Justice Hill had six.

True-, the game was about 3 turnovers, and botched conversions. Things that probably would not have happened if you put the ball in Henry's belly, not Andrews, or on Lamar's arm

I agree totally. No way Derrick Henry should have had any less than 25 carries in that game.

I guess we'll agree to disagree. I guarantee Henry would have had nine more carries had it not been for three turnovers.

He was just stuffed in the first quarter. Lamar is MVP candidate for a reason.

Ravens win if they did not have three turnovers. Even still if the last 2-point conversion was executed. This loss is on Andrews, not the lack of Henry.

Well we kind of agree..

I guarantee that if Henry had 9 more carries, there wouldn't have been 3 turnovers :)
