Probably need to hold on to your seat. ..... in some way, shape, or form, what they roll out likely will not be a good as what they had.Bah humbug...
The app was crap, it needs revamping. Desktop was perfectly fine (except the parts the mirrored from the app).
Hope they don't f it up more
Let's just hope it stays that way. ..... by far the best I've ever used as it is. ...Love Fantrax desktop, Fantrax app sucks and in an attempt to be more mobile friendly, they have ended up taking steps backward on their desktop version. Still the best out there though.

Well, it didn't - it's not bad, yet different layout - but it just looks to me like they made more room for popups and advertisements. Overall not 'better'.
. Overall, I'd give the fantrax team 4.3 Deshaun Watson happy endings out of a possible 5.
Change is hard as we get older. Now that I have played with it a little, I am getting used to it. But my first impression was like you- "why the change?"Sigh...at first glance, not a fan of the "New, Improved" Fantrax.
Anyone know if we have the option to keep the old format?
I'd be wary of buying Mattison (or holding him planning on him being a starter)..there's a few vet options still on the market that'll be cheaper than Cook-even accounting for the 2 mill they have to pay Cook anyways. Not to mention, Mattison hasn't done jack since mid '21, and honestly was only really productive sporadically, its not like he lights the world on fire every time he's given a chance. He's nice, but I'd be a little surprised if he is a plus asset this season.Based on recent news, I imagine the price of Mattison is going way up as of tomorrow. ....
That's likely fair, but if you're an owner, I doubt any see it that way. They will be fixed on the RB 1 by his name. .... I've had him before when Cook was ailing and he did a nice job as a starter in my lineup. ... but that can be said of a lot of B/U's in short durations. ...OurLads has already removed Cook from the VIke's depth chart..lol

Email from Fantrax... gonna launch a new platform...
With the launch of our new mobile and desktop platform quickly approaching, we wanted to provide you with a few shortcuts to help you navigate.
On the mobile app, you can access your fantrax leagues by clicking the bottom Main Menu icon. Select the Dashboard tab at the top to access fantasy items previously found on our 3-bar menu such as Season Long Games, Draft Lobby, Support, Player Search, and so much more!
added Ty Chandler where I could, just in case Mattison sucks and McBride is too raw.
with my luck at guessing backfield hierarchies, that probably means Kene Nwangu special teams guy becomes the lead back for minny if Mattison falls flat
oh don't get me wrong, his owners SHOULD be considering him as an NFL starting RB, because that's what he is, at least at the moment. And like Monkey said, if he's already on your roster, he's gonna be worth more than most any offer anyone would be willing to make- at least to you. And as far as backups/cuffs go, he has been better than the average Jack WangThat's likely fair, but if you're an owner, I doubt any see it that way. They will be fixed on the RB 1 by his name. .... When it comes to guys that have been career backups becoming starters, the list is very short of guys that actually did well. Michael, the Burner, Turner is about the only guy I can think of who actually was a true fantasy asset after being a backup for 4 years. Generally, if your that damned good, they'll make room for you well before you've toiled for half a decade. I.E. Pollard..sent Zeke packing much quicker
Thomas was freaky weird..drafted 7th overall, obviously with the intention of being the starter, and just never figured it out until about six years, and two teams later in Chicago, and continued it in New YorkThomas Jones comes to mind, FredEx Jackson maybe too? not sure if those guys were "backups" but they were definitely B-side players that had good careers and fantasy success
As I said, he did me right, think it was 2-3 yrs ago. ... think that the only time I was able to get him. .... the Cook owners have made sure to cuff with him for a number of yrs. ....Thomas Jones comes to mind, FredEx Jackson maybe too? not sure if those guys were "backups" but they were definitely B-side players that had good careers and fantasy success
