This is how I set it up as well, but you better believe I'll rotate guys through all year long if I can take advantage of an "out" spot on my bench

part of being commish is making sure all the rules work for your league. if someone isn't playing the way you want to run the game, fix the rules.

kinda like the IRS trying to close loopholes - I'll be putting more effort in to finding that edge (avoiding taxes) than most average fantasy players (the IRS) will put into fixing the rules (enforcing tax code).

Is that a proper analogy, @Yellow Fuzzies ?

Naw, having no kicker or DST on your roster at any moment in order to create an extra roster space is ALWAYS bush league

Which is a rule setting the commish can implement and enforce. But if they don't, cycling any players through each week and dropping K/DST is a strategy that can be used, imo
