Thx. I make a fruit and veggie smoothie every morning to get the day started. So much for that I'm having bacon tomorrow:nod:
Cheers to that, I do the same breakfast and add some grains and nuts to the smoothie. Lasts until an early lunch.

Consider adding a couple of teaspoons of flaxseed meal to that smoothie as a substitute for the nuts. Gives you the Omega 3 benefit.

Not really sure what the Chiefs are going to do at ILB. They were already running thin there with March and Mauga both being on IR. Ramik has come to life but the ILB tree is only so long for any team... DJ Alexander is just a blind raging bull but he's explosive from what I've seen of him.

Yep I throw almonds in it, some chia seed to keep me regular, a little coconut oil for the old grey matter, some protien powder and a little low fat yougurt. Drink it on the way to work. Then I usually have a small snack around 1000.

Honestly with how the Raiders D was playing I'd almost have preferred the offense stay on the field. Just left the Raiders with an extra drive to play with.

It's a heated game in a cold place. The win is huge for both teams. Second half should be very good.

I do when I have some sitting around getting old. I do that with a lot of veggies and fruit. If it's been around too long in it goes. I'm on the TB12 plan I throw the occassional avacado in there as well.
