I think Mac was a very good coach who had his legs cut out from under him from Day 1. Ordering him to let Kellen Moore call plays in a different scheme than Macs was Absurd. Just hire Moore FFS. Then Mac takes over and they end up with 3 straight 12 win seasons. If you want to fire him for playoff failure, just freaking do it. Or extend him. But why the Hell would you make him a lame duck and then undermine him by stripping the roster and sitting out free agency? It's like he was seeking approval from the media to fire Mac.
A change was needed and Schotty is doing real well. But if Jerry starts pulling the same kind of shit with him, he will flame out too

I do like how they have added some speed with the addition of Pickens,Blue and Ravel.

It looks like for the present, Jerry is giving Schotty a fair shake. Schotty had a lot of input in the types of players they drafted and the guys they went after in FA. I feel like Schotty will hold up his end in he gets what he needs

You better reread it again, because you miss a lot at your age. If you actually read what was posted above, the fair shake Jerry is giving Schotty is in direct relationship to not doing anything whatsoever last season. Jerry has also fucked Micahs contract which is par for the course.
Youre really a piece of work though. You knock people on here for being negative for saying the Cowboys could win 9-10 games. It's not negative to say a team coming off 7 wins and Vegas listing the over/under wins at 7.5 to say it's a 9-10 win team.
Then, from your nose up Jerry's butt, this is a 12 win team, fuck anyone who doesn't agree stance, you pivot to anyone actually saying something positive is changing their tune.

One of the positives I see is they added speed to the roster. Pickens and Blue add much needed speed to the offense. The only burner they had was Turp and he did not get enough targets . Pickens looks faster than the 4.4 he ran at the combine. Blue can take it to the house on any given handoff

On defense you got EZ and Ravel.
