1- unreliable of invalid forensics does not apply here
2- insufficient validation does not apply here.
3- nothing was misleading in the Michael Brown forensics
4- mistakes...there is no reason to believe there was a mistake made
5- misconduct- again, the forensic evidence came from the Holder DOJ who wanted to crucify Wilson.
Belief in any of that requires a level of trust of the legal and justice system that this country just has not earned, at least not from the majority of those of us that tan instead of burn. Too many times of the "evidence" finding no wrong doing on the part of the police for me to ever trust them as a whole to NOT be biased towards their own over a suspect.
