We’re really doing this? We’re all supposed to just ignore the fact that Barr is bound by federal law to protect grand jury information?

Are we pretending there might be some bombshell hidden in there?

This is dishonest politics meant to discredit Barr.

What we are pretending is that Barr gives a single rats ass about protecting Grand Jury information. If there were information in there that said Trump were innocent, he would have released it already. If there were information in there that said Hillary or Obama committed a crime he would have had Stephen Miller serve the arrest warrant while Trump watched from the safety of the Presidential Limo.

People don’t want to do what is required to make education quality. Instead, they want to pretend people are equal. They want to teach to the lowest common denominator, instead of pushing children.

Oh, my wife and I volunteered everyday when he was in public school. Then the principal said she would prefer that parents not help their children with homework because it isn’t fair to the other students. Sorry but that is public education.

So when the powers that be don’t like the actual correction to the education system, that system can kiss my ass. That answer, in case you missed it, is parental involvement. So, I will take my son out of public education and allow him to excel in honor’s courses and an early graduation.

Yeah, but your kid shouldn't be allowed to seek better alternatives because not all students can afford such options. Why should you kid get an advantage just because you worked hard to put yourself in a position to provide such options? That's not fair, is it?

Its shouldnt be about how hard he worked to afford his son privilege. People who can afford to send their kids to private schools, are also by and large the ones quickest to say that public education should be gotten rid of. We did that for years in this country. We also had kids working in coal mines, and families who when they needed farm help would either marry off one of their daughters, or have more kids to plan for future expansion. Time to stop trying to go backwards.

my dad once told me you are entitled only to what you earn . some wont let the past go .

i am not sure if anything can be done to fix whats been done and why cycling and recycling things some one needs to make up for will solve anything especially when i had nothing to do with it personally

i choose not to carry a burden anymore . there is no amount of money that will fix your soul and make up for what happened in a different ERA[/

I have no issues reading. The highest intensity storm happened 30 years ago. In 1939, there was a storm equally powerful to anything of today. I was told that storms were more intense.

No need to get mad though. You will be dead soon and it won’t be because of global warming.

Gee thanks, I was so looking forward to my 2nd hundred years. Who knew that you were going to be responsible for getting me to my expiration date?

I'll handle this one.

What was done to King was directed and ordered by J. Edgar Hover, there was no court order, no basis other than his beliefs that King was "the most dangerous ____ in the U.S." In comparison, Carter page's investigation(s) were sanctioned by court order, whether you agree with it or not, those seeking that order convinced a judge to sign off on it. In historical context, Hoover had a lot of power, he had dirt on presidents, and almost every elected official.

If you're bothered by the revelation that your government treats citizens in this manner when following legal routes, it's a small comparatively insignificant sampling, but welcome to my world!

I know no one that has sent their kids to private school that has opined that public education should be gone. Any one with any brains realizes that and educated citizenship is the key to a strong country. But I do know people that have bitched because they couldn't afford to send their kids to private school that it was unfair (or that the parent of private school students have quit on the education system, which is just asinine).

HAve you ever actually listened to our current secretary of education?? And many have made the claim that why should their tax dollars go into a public education system if they can afford to send their children to private school??

Wouldn't it just be easier to attack the root cause? Addressing the after effects of climate damage, reinstituting and bolstering of funding for disaster relief and restoring previous payments to central America would practically eliminate the flow of people coming here for relief.

Nothing in this article would stop the flow of people coming here for relief. They are hungry and desperate, if this wasn't the case they would stay home.

both were done under false pretenses and we had 2 sitting presidents at the time , one a huge bigot , who would keep this guy in "check "

that fisa warrant was bogus and we now know that . there was no reason to approve anything based on opposition research bought and paid for by the clintons . everyone involved had connections to the clintons from sleele, who hated trump , to fusion GPS to the people investigating her and this episode

the intel community didnt come up with one thing that wasnt from the democratic and HRC camp . hell the fbi didnt even look at the servers . the dems had a private company look at them and they refused to let the FBI look at them

i dont give a shit about whose world we are in and are welcome in , what i care about is in either case it wasnt justified and it needs to stop

Actually, did I say he goes to private school?

He is publically schooled at home through a virtual program. Gotta love Florida.

Why shouldn’t it be about how hard I worked? Why shouldn’t we get rid of inferior ways of doing things? Why shouldn’t I want my kid to excel?

Nope. Never heard her. Nor do I care.

This is the problem. Parents looking for the government to educate their kids. Not gonna happen. Education begin and ends at home. The school is just the vehicle. The parents should be the driver. The federal government does nothing well. Why would you want them to be responsible for the education of our kids?

first off no one knows what the cause of climate change is . i dont know why my tax dollars have to prop up socialist dictators . i dont know how much the US needs to do on disaster relief in this world

i hear the UN is a great organization and all these socialist countries are the panacea, maybe they should step up ?

fact is no one has a right to be in this country unless we say so . i dont owe them a damn thing and when you come in here breaking our laws because you feel entitled isnt likely to change my mind . come here legally and i will talk

Nobody on this board knows anything about the strongest this, the hottest that and the coldest the other. All we know is what we know since intelligent man has been around to record. This Earth has gone thru many ages both cold and hot since this ball of rock came to be... long before man got here. Methane gas scientist concur was perhaps responsible for the Oecene period, and solar radiation from the suns heat likely the cause of the ice age. We still have both. We are but the size of a grain of sand in the scheme of things astronomical. To believe this Earth is changing temps (which it has done repeatedly for the 4.5 billions years it has existed is now being cause by us ants is insanely ignorant to suggest. Pretty big place for mankind to think he's in charge of things.

Oh good grief, 4.5 billion years huh? Well you and I are both wrong about that as it's been proven that the earth is only 6,000 years old. Now don't blame me for this objection, I got it directly from URNJOA!:pound:(United Religious Nut-jobs Of America)
