Why the hell did we go with Richard? We could have gotten a legit defensive oriented coach from college like we had with Quinnl but we promoted a guy who shouldn't have been.

I'm starting to agree with this .. He's a good DB coach but I'm not sure I like him calling the shots... Our D just hasn't been nearly as good as usual ...
