I would be SHOCKED. Richards has proven he can make zero adjustments and has no idea how to cover very obvious formations. The fact TEs have exploited us all season and Richards has done nothing to improve us just shows he's in over his head. Look, the guy rode on the talent of our secondary and a defensive minded head coach and great playcalling by Quinn. He's a complete scrub.
