@HurricaneDij39 on suicide watch ?
Being called the biggest trade in the league in a lot of years, I guess thee was a fn point to it.
And what did Indy want? That's the question.I guess OKC just wanted to dump salary cap issues going forward.
And what did Indy want? That's the question.
If other (better) deals existed... and reliable journalists said that they did... what the hell, Indy?
Just the other day, Indy was playing 'hard ball' with the C's... trying to squeeze them into offering up the Nets #1 plus a nice haul of other assets... now, they accept this junk deal?
What the hell, man?
Can't fault Ainge and the C's for not being idiots... it takes 2 to tango, and the Indy brain trust are apparently morons.
I haven't seen any details as to if Paul George has agreed to a long term contract with The Thunder but if not it most likely is a one year rental.
The reason OKC did they trade with no guarantees, is to ensure Russell signs a new extension. He is more important than the trash they sent back to Indiana.
It's a good risk for the Thunder. And who knows, maybe they compete for the 4th spot & George decides to resign with them. There is no guarantee George will move on to LA. Even less so when sees how bad the Lakers team will be again this upcoming season. A better chance he signs with Clippers than Lakers.
