Minkah would certainly help. Not sure if that will be enough though. IMO, their D has a long way to go to contain the pats in January. Maybe they can get there.

To contain the Pats? Sure. Gives them more than a fair shot in a scoring war though and gives them as good a chance they can of trying to ensure a January meetup is in Arrowhead rather than Gillette.

Thornhilll, Mathieu, Minkah, Fuller, Breeland could actually be a pretty strong secondary, imo.

Passrush would be an issue.

Actually it's the defense that will win for them. Group of smart, well coached DBs. It won't look like 2nd quarter against Oakland yesterday.

Disagree. The pats defense is very good but it was very good in jan/feb and the chiefs put up a ton of points on them. As long as mahomes is healthy and Reid is calling the plays, BB knows he's going to have to score a lot

Yeah, slow start for Clark, but the track record gives the benefit of the doubt. The other EDGE spot is more my concern in the big picture for right now until proven otherwise. Some sacks from Ogbah and Kpassagnon, but they looked to be more of the cover sack variety. Welcome, but would like more.

It's why I never thought it would matter if KC got the ball last year in OT.

In a back and forth game 1 stop can be crucial and my money would be on NE to come up with that one stop.
