On paper this should be a victory but I have my concerns:

What say you?

The Packers will need a healthy Eddie Lacy for this game.

I agree. Starks did well against Seattle but Lacy is the man.
Andy Reed likes to control the clock so the defense needs to get off the field on 3rd down.
Conversely, the Packers need to control the clock and do well on 3rd down.

Packers tackles will be tested...

Packers 0-3-1 vs Chiefs all time in Lambeau, hope they change that this Monday Night :hope:
Wow that stat is surprising. They were also the team that fucked up our perfect season in 2011.

I think we win by 10 or so.

This game has pretty much all the makings of that 2011 loss and last year's loss to Buffalo - EXCEPT that it's at home. I'm going to continue to expect Aaron Rodgers to win at home, but this just feels like one of those low-scoring games where inexcusable miscues keep the game a lot closer than it should be.

My first day on this forum. Looks busier than most. I have some worries about the KC game. Same worries as RP-29 has, it just has that feel that this might be the one they lose but shouldn't on paper. That Buffalo loss was a kick in the gut and then the SheHawks in the NFCCC was the blow to the brain.
One good thing last week was that we got to see Rodgers mobile and the difference that made.
I do think the Pack at home, on Monday night should take the game by at least 13 if they don't have big heads from the last two weeks. If anything they should keep thinking about that NFCCC game last year. As the great Yogi Berra said, "it ain't over, til it's over."

Kansas City shouldn't be underestimated. However, as long as Aaron Rodgers does what he does and the defense does its job in creating quite a few stops, this game should be ours.

I agree that KC should not be under estimated. The Pack needs to stop Jamaal Charles or how ever it's spelled. My biggest concerns over the first three weeks was looking at the running backs we were facing. Of course all of this is contingent on injuries, that changes everything for every team.

Something else that could play into this game tonight. This is a Gold package game. Mostly tickets from Milwaukee fans. I had both the Green and Gold package for the same seats for many years and there is a big difference in how the fans react. The south endzone has always been the loudest and is more so now with the additional seating. For some reason that north endzone has never been as loud but even worse with Gold package games. I really hope the fans there tonight will have a clue as to when to make noise and when not to. It seems to be getting to just be a big party instead of going to raise hell for the Pack when the team needs it.

Lacy reportedly playing, but we will see how he holds up.

A good game that the score does not tell what actually happened. The offense has been as good as always and the best game of the year so far.

The defense showed continued improvements from last week. It was a slow start against Chicago but I think much of that was getting use to playing football again with the first game of the year.

Special teams looked decent except one punt was kind of week and the one return by KC

Improvements need to be quit wasting timeouts with the clock running down so you can challenge the when they spot the ball giving KC a first down when they were a yard short of 4th down setting up one of their scores. oh and let them play football when they hit shoulder pad on shoulder pad without getting a flag to continue a second scoring drive. that was a BS call

Next week we get Guion back from suspension to strengthen the front line and hopefully Burnett can go again. This is a much better start for the defense this year than last year

Didn't see that coming. I thought for sure it would be a close game. That defense.....wow.
