Why is that? It wasn't expected that he was going to stay healthy all year anyway. Now, if he got injured in late July I would agree, but him getting injured now shouldn't affect his trade value in July at all.

I want him to win a WS, but for this year I mainly want to get something fro him instead of losing him at the end of the year for nothing. If he goes to the championship team then all the better, but he will have a chance to sign with the right team at the end of the year also.

Sounds like to me that Gallo is being groomed for LF to keep Guzman at 1B and IKF and Profar somewhere in the IF until Andrus and Odor return. If someone could get Odor back to where he was 2 years ago that would be great but so far that is not happening.

call me crazy but I would leave Gallo in LF, move Profar to 3B, Kiner-Falefa to SS and bring up Andy Ibanez to play 2B if Beltre's injury keeps him down for a while. gives us a chance to see another of our future stars in action

I'd be on board with this, especially now that DDJ is back, and Robinson was exposed in an extended look
