In other words, Seattle was spying on the Patriots, tracking their every move, and still couldn't beat them.

Different kind of spying than what you're used to. It was more of counter-intel than sabotage or cheating.

What? If you read the article it says that Seattle posted extra guards around the stadium they were practicing at, posted people on any high point that could see into the stadium to make sure the Patriots were not spying from up above. They also checked hotel rooms, the locker room for bugs, and other things like that. It never says they actually spied on the Patriots.

Were they watching the Pats?
Did they send Bill and Bob a memo explaining the oversight?
No?

That is spying.

Very suspicious timing of this supposed new evidence. Brady and the Patriots suspension gets over turned and then suddenly a story runs.

Not one story. Multiple stories, same day, about events almost a decade ago.

Coordinated by the NFL.

Seattle....., posted people on any high point that could see into the stadium to make sure the Patriots were not spying from up above.

How do you see and not watch?
You can see an inanimate object and correctly conclude that is not doing anything.
But an animate object, such as a Patriot, would need to be observed, or watched, for an extended period of time to discern whether it, he, she, ze was doing anything. Spying is something, crossword puzzles are something too.

The NFL could've had a public countdown clock until they released info about the Pats, that doesn't make the information released itself any less valid. You can attack the motive behind the release of this info all you want, but that doesn't make the literal evidence itself go away nor does it even dispute it. :L

Politicians make this same mistake over and over.

Fact is the NFL looks shitty and so do the Pats. Spamming a message board isn't gonna change that.

Those guards were posted during Seattle's own practices to make sure nobody else was watching them. They were not watching the Patriots, or seeing them, unless they were there spying.

By the way, this could also be an attempt by Goodell to take down the Patriots, Kraft with him. He knows he is on thin ice, about to lose his job. Why not take someone with me?

:D

Not spying... Counter surveillance.

Not counter surveillance. Counter-Intel. They were not watching the Pats, they just took measures to ensure that weren't being spyed on themselves.
