Yeah, because people always expect wholesome fun from HBO and GOT. Ya know, the show where a pregnant woman was murdered in cold blood, a 12 year old was repeatedly threatened with r*pe, and 2 random farm boys were sold by their father to be murdered and burned.the show/hbo is really taking heat for the r*pe scene. yes it was detestable but its a show .. i see some "groups" are advocating that people stop watching it

I thought the scene was dumb just because it served no purpose, but it's par for the course.
it was all fun and games when someone lost a penis
What r*pe? It was her wedding night, they were making love.

The scene could have been a lot worse, I'd say they pulled it off about as well as could be without going over the top graphic.
Agreed. And besides, they have to save some of the "shock" value for Arya's initiation scene into the Brotherhood of the Black and White.
I shouldnt have clicked that.
I didnt read it all but I shouldnt have clicked that. I dont know why I did
Matts Wife: "that's hot don't touch it"it says spoiler for a reason guyse lol

I can't believe so much fuss is being made about this scene of all scenes. It was the (currently) most despised character on the show consummating his marriage with his wife who clearly wasn't enjoying it but wasn't actively trying to stop it either.
How is that worse than a man who had recently made the turn to "good guy" raping his twin sister next to their recently deceased son's coffin? I mean, its HBO and GOT and I don't find either offensive. But logic tells me that anyone willing to stop watching because the most recent episode should have stopped last year. That of course if they made it past season 2 when a baby was murdered in a brothel in front of her mother, and other children were murdered in cold blood as well.
That was funny, but overall this was a terrible scene.Myrcella: "You look different than when I left. You had more hair."
Jamie: "And more hands."
