question going back to season 3. When the Red Wedding occured, one of Robb Starks top commanders left just before the massacre to take a leak outside, did he die too? also did Robbs cousin who got married also die? I thought we would learn their fate this season.

So Jaimie and Cersai are in full control now? I dont think the hound will die, guy is too stubborn

I think the uncle died, as for the commander, I've wondered that as well. He's another question mark character.

- Osha/Rickon still unaccounted for
- Is Arya's direwolf from season 1 still unaccounted for? Does it matter?

-I'll chalk the Hound's loss up to him not being 100%
-Jaime is both the greatest and worst person ever

-No Sansa/Littlefinger this episode
-Khaleesi's storyline better start moving
-Are we supposed to like Stannis? I kind of do because he's technically right but he's also a creep so I'm torn.

Tywin dying on the shitter has all kinds of epic to it. You would expect him to be killed in battle or die in his sleep at an old age. that was fitting.

i love the scene of Varys turning around after making sure Tyrion was on the boat, hears the bells and has that ah fuck look turns back and sits calmly beside tyrions crate. just that resigned well thats it for my kings landing life stance.

I don't even think the books cover what the old man was alluding to. However I think I have an idea as to what he is saying. I will reserve my opinion as it's an unfair judgement, lol.

Couple of things that have me thinking now:

I'm assuming Cersei and Jaime are basically in charge not that Tywin is out of the picture. Do the Tyrell's make a play now? Clearly Cersei hates Marge and doesn't want to marry Loris, does she strike first?

Where do the Bolton's go from here? Obviously that storyline can't be done. Do they factor into the wall/white walker storyline? Do they have the balls to capitlize on the Lannister's weakness?

I think Cersei and Ramsay Snow are going to be front and center as THE bad guys next season.

Also, the Jon Snow/Stannis storylines are both far more interesting and better off now that they have merged.

If I remember correctly, in the book Tyrion wants to give Tywin a big long speech after he shoots him about how miserable of a person he is but Tywin dies much quicker than he expects. He then jokes about how Tywin doesn't actually shit gold afterall.

Excellent episode. I'm glad they didnt get to Lady Stoneheart because they wouldve had to rush it with everything else they covered. Hound/Brienne fight was a great addition. Melisandre looking at Jon Snow through the fire was an interesting visual. Definitely the best season of the show so far.

Agreed. Even if you're not really giving anything away, you're giving something away. I personally prefer to have no idea whatsoever as to what is coming.
