I like that contract a lot. If he ends up being just a bench bat, then the Bucs won't need to look for one for the next four years, because they'll have one at reasonable money. If he's more than that, it's a steal.

Even if he's just a bench bat, he's a very inexpensive one. Great deal for the Bucs no matter how it goes. If he ends up being a capable everyday player, man, that's a steal.

Bargain deal potentially. Originally they were saying 4/16, and when the bid was accepted they said he was seeking 3/16 or 4/20. Soooo...good deal.
