The running gags in this (and letterkenny) are just amazing

The dialog and patter is really interesting and different, especially large group scenes. Really well done. My wife says it's the same on Letterkenny. Maybe I'll try that next.

If you have Netflix, Tires is a pretty good watch. Probably not as good, but a similar sense of humor. A friend recommended it, 10 minutes in I almost turned it off, 20 minutes in I was laughing.

I'm not a big fan of the Nolan Batman movies. I'm not 100% I've seen the entire 3rd movie.

I loved it when it came out but Batman Returns was the superior movie. I'm just so happy they didn't make anymore until Batman Begins

I thought the original trailer I saw looked good and the early reviews seemed good so I plan to watch it this weekend. My wife never saw the original, and I have not in 30 years, so we watched it tonight. Just terrific, great action comedy.

It's certainly an odd career. In a handful of really good hits by his mid-late 20s and then pretty much disappointments. And a couple pretty huge flops too.
Lol looking at the last 25 years of his work I thought Bowfinger was good and You People was fine I guess.
(I know Dreamgirls and Dolemite are supposed to be good, but I haven't seen them)

watched Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F last night

it wasn't bad, it wasn't good, but it was a good last BHC that the last one could not be (actually I don't even remember much of part 3)

2 movies that I have been looking forward to since they were announced


D&W looks amazing. It is going to deliver. Its presales already match some of Marvels biggest successes, usually I worry a little when they release so much in the trailers but I think in this one there are going to be so many surprises and proper cameos and not just stupid add ons for no reason other than look what I can do (I'm looking at your Star Wars)


but Borderlands is the absolute opposite. it is releasing nothing because I am pretty sure this movie has nothing and other than some characters, the world and monsters/vehicles (which still dont look right) its going to be nothing like the game. i wont see this one in the theatres.
