I do like that. My "average" usage time and temp on my oven is pretty much the time and temp I use to make pizza. The app will let you know some diagnostics if issues exist and give monthly status and usage reports.

Can't really offer much other than to sympathize as I just had to replace my 17 year old set a week ago.Our 20 year old washing machine has gone up. I'm actually kinda glad because it was an early front load and doesn't really fit in the laundry room. When the door opens, it grazes the far wall of the room. I am looking to replace it with a top load impeller style machine.
Anyone have any experience with either LG or Samsung appliances? I have used other Samsung and LG electronics and liked them, but my appliance experience is limited to an LG range that I haven't had for a year yet. Seems fine, but annoying that I can't set the clock without a mobile app.
We have a friend who bought an LG fridge and it's been a 2 year nightmare for them to get it fixed. But they bought the whole suite and only the fridge was messed up so...Feels like more of a bad one got out than a "speaks to overall quality" thing. No one i know with any Samsung stuff has any complaints. I bought a Samsung DVD Player and 720p DLP TV over 20 years ago and both still work absolutely stellar today. And I love my LG Phone and monster TV that replaced the Samsung a few years back. While shopping we had a friend tell us their LG set was nothing but trouble, but thats anecdotal and no doubt a YMMV thing, but it was enough to have us looking in the Samsung direction.
If it's not drying consistently then it's probably the heating coil which is fairly inexpensive to fix.we had a pretty red Samsung side by side washer/dryer set in our last house, no problems whatsoever.
front load, but the brand was good.
our current house has cheaper machines (don't know what brand they are offhand), and they don't dry consistently.
/never mind, it’s a cloud FFS
This is what led to us starting the replacement process. If it's not drying consistently then it's probably the heating coil which is fairly inexpensive to fix.

Service tech gave us two options (besides replacement), neither of which was the cool itself unfortunately.
Repair would have cost 80% of a whole new unit
(even the repair guy said repairing would be stupid)
