How's the price of milk these days?

I paid $4.12 a gallon at a Safeway gas station in Cle Elum, Washington on Monday, which was cheaper than it cost at the Costco in Burlington so not sure if it was watered down with pig urine ... charged me a a buck per garbage bag though

/didnt buy milk but that sweet Tillamook cheese seemed priced the same as last year
