by sheer coincidence, i saw this live. we were driving back from a roadtrip and were on the I-5 adjacent to the mountain.

agreed to buy twitter at a bit above $54
twitter currently trading at $37
twitter not open to renegotiating.
there is a $1Billion cash break up fee if the deal does not go through, which he does not have

part 2.
terms of his margin loan on Tesla stock is that he must add more capital if TSLA falls below $740
It's currently at $709
he's frantically trying to sell part of his 47% stake in SpaceX to raise capital

part 3.
speculation is he is in some form of SEC trouble again, as well
this would be the reason for his politicized "woe is me" posts of the last day or two,
so he can claim that the charges are politically motivated.
