I have to give it to this dish. Some dishes sound awful but look good. This one looks and sounds bad

Truly is something that Southern Europe is the origin of some of the best dishes on earth and Northern Europe some of the most disgusting.

Lutefisk is pretty comparable to italian baccala in that it usually starts out as dried and salted cod ... then the viking recipe takes that poisonous disgusting turn lol we used to always have baccala on Christmas eve. The only stank part was the fish had to soak in water almost all day but my dad would put it in the garage lol
