If a team really sucks and needs to get respectable then I think Ron Wilson is a great choice. If a team is good then but wants to win it all then hiring Wilson is a bad choice. I think he is kind of like hockey's version of Marty Schottenhiemer.

He's such a prickly pear though (both with players and the media). No way a guy should have the ego he does considering he hasn't won the big prize.

He needs to go back to the Eastern Conference - I hear a spot opened up in Carolina this morning :D

Carolina would be interesting - I also thought of Nashville but I'm not sure if Nashville wants to go with another defensive type coach, maybe they want someone more offensive
