Huge loss for the Wild

Over the next two weeks Minny plays Phoenix, Colorado twice, Philly, Chicago, Columbus & San Jose. Add a third week & it's Anaheim, a 2nd San Jose & a 3rd Colorado game, and then finishing off with Vancouver - and Pittsburgh if it takes a couple extra days.

That's a lot of pretty tough sledding right there.

Not so much anymore. Most Wings fans now agree that E is a pretty solid dman who just took awhile to develop.

You just don't see the Ericsson disdain that you used to see frequently.

^^ Zach actually took a couple a quick shifts in Monday's game after he had been hit, just to see how things were & if he could manage. - The above doesn't mean that they'll risk him anytime soon, however.

Nearly 3 mil is a bit steep for most clubs. I woulld have loved for the Jackets to bring him back, but they didn't have the space unless they sent Nikitin away. Which I would be okay with.

So what happens to him now? Is he being sent to the A, or is he UFA?

I think's he AHL bound.

He's in the AHL now, I wonder if maybe they could put him on recall waivers or whatever it's called, I think the team that picks him up off recall waivers or whatever gets him for half the price if I'm not mistaken

I think Phoenix would have half the salary - they could just trade him and take half of his salary, but the fact they put him on waivers might be telling

And yeah, re-entry was what I meant, not recall

Isles are a team that could really use him
