snicker pre season. I enjoyed watching Don Taylor on Sportsnet after trying to drum up some negativity on that 1st preseason game. its pre season and people are stretching bad in pre season to try to find that in this game 2 of the pre season and most players 1st pre season game. in the pre season.

didnt watch the game but was on and off twitter and the trolling by edmonton fans/press made me think it was game 2 from last year ... exactly the same ... doesnt take much for them to think their team is going to the finals and scoring 410

He actually was in the Flames organization for a while and they were quite high on him, but he's had his share of injury issues (and he caught a rut last night and crashed heavily into the boards). Hopefully, he wasn't injured too badly.

I think it was Duthie that was interviewed on the BroJake show this morning and he made the comment that the Canucks look tired last night. Maybe Torts is pushing the guys too hard too early?

He hasnt even had conversations with some of the regulars ... He's watched both games from the pressbox ... He may or may not have left the game early last night becasue there was an accident in the tunnel and he wanted to get home to Point Roberts because it was "Gossip Girl" re-run night with his wife

Helmets - No player may remove his helmet prior to engaging in a fight. If he should do so, he shall be assessed a two minute minor penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct. Helmets that come off in the course of and resulting from the altercation will not result in a penalty to either player
