From a couple months ago but relevant.
And only one of them I'd remotely want on my team. But not at the money he is making.
(the one we should have drafted except that Doug MacLean didn't think his training regimen was good enough so he chose Gilbert Brule. AFTER laughing at the Habs for taking "the goalie". Carey Price.)
I suspect that you could find room for Drew Doughty too, especially if we're talking about "not at the money he is making" as an option.
Why's Doughty a twat? And even if he is, the guy averages a Norris nomination every two seasons.I respect Doughty's skills, but he's just a bit of a twat.
We've already had a skilled twat from that list.

I know you're spoiled for choice on defence in Columbus these days but come on lol
Meh. That stuff doesn't bother me as much I guess. Everyone does it to some degree. He whines like a baby every time he gets caught for a penalty. Nothing is ever his fault. Plus he has a tendency to dive like he's a member of the mid-90's Avalanche.
He's a supremely talented twat, but a twat nonetheless.

Tootoo retires after 13 years. Wasn't a player I liked and he did some seriously questionable things, but I have to applaud him for 13 years coming from the adversity he endured.
Man, that's a lot of firepower on one line.Is Landeskog - MacKinnon - Rantanen the best line in hockey?
