Let me help, Dave - The Oilers had three first round picks in the 2007 entry draft, they selected Sam Gagner at #6, Alex Plante at #15, and Riley Nash at #21. None of those guys are still with the Oilers organization.

Just having glanced through it, this looks like one of those cases where either side can make a good argument. I can poke about ten holes through her story without much effort - imagine what a high-priced lawyer could do.

Yeah it would be hard to prove. I really meant that if he did what is alleged he deserves jail time. I guess I wasn't expecting as bad of allegations as those are.

Those are very sickening allegations. The specificity leads me to believe them.

Also raises a question - by this filing it appears Ribeiro is rather popular amongst his teammates, or at the very least doesn't do anything to shun them or whatever. Seems to go out and have them over. So why the buyout last year?

And here we have the most sickening part of all...without bruising or a r*pe kit with specimen, nothing happens. And even still, many pull out the consensual card. Basically you need video to prove anything.
