I am?
Don't be a H8ter nowAnd maybe a small patch of Tom Wopat on the shoulders.

Well, who knows how much longer Markov will play, so Petry will be a more than adequate replacement once Andrei hangs them up.
yeah, and by "partial" they mean the only team on the list is Edmonton!Pierre LeBrun @Real_ESPNLeBrun
Jeff Petry's new deal with Habs, $33 million over six years ($5.5 M AAV)
Edit:
Chris Johnston @reporterchris
Jeff Petry received a partial no-trade clause from the #habs.
Who wants to bet Edmonton is on the NTC list?
Markov was vastly underrated. But he's lost a step, and will probably lose another this season.I've always thought of Markov as really underrated. I think he takes a big load off of PK's (the real one) shoulders. I don't think Petry is in his league offensively but he's a very good player in his own right.
This is a pretty good signing in terms of term at least. Have to wait on dollar values but Petry makes the Habs blueline pretty damn good.
Yuck.
The cap hit on Petry is roughly the same as the cap hit for Duncan Keith for the bulk of the Petry contract - Man, the Hawks did a masterful job locking up Keith.

And he'll only be 39 when it expires. It's a great deal all around. It probably should be added that Keith's contract was a cap circumvention contract to keep the cap hit down and wouldn't fly under the current CBA rules, but hey, the league approved it at the time.
Maybe Sir Bennington will offer the same dollars and term to Cody Franson?
I need to know whether or not Stoll is suiting up for either team before I lay down some coin on it.Here's an interesting thought - Would a team of former Oilers beat the current Oilers team (and yes, you might as well throw McJesus into the mix) - Here's a list of former Oilers by position off the top of my head (I'll just list forwards as forwards):
Goalie: Dubnyk
Defense: Smid, Petry, Nick Schultz, Souray, Gilbert, Potter
Forwards: Hemsky, Horcoff, Gagner, Cogliano, Perron, Brodziak, Glencross, Arcobello
I'm sure I've missed some, but I think this group of guys could beat the current Oilers.
