Calvert is having some concussion-like issues after losing the better part of about five teeth against San Jose. Wennberg "recalled". He hadn't actually left yet, and watched the game yesterday from the press box. Was going to come back to Columbus with the team and head to Springfield from there.

Also this:

I swear that fucker is bionic.

So is this the last game for Leon Draisaitl tonight before the Oilers send him back to junior? I don't think so.

stepping up to take his center spot is.....

anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Boldmover?

Scrivens posted a 3-0-0 record with a 2.33 goals-against average and .920 save percentage to lead the Oilers (3-4-1, 7 points) to their first three-game winning streak since Jan. 26-29.

2.33 GAA and .920 save percentage are not exactly off the chart numbers, surely somebody else put up some pretty good offensive numbers in the past 7 days.

3 wins!

Sure, it makes John Scott a little lighter in the wallet, but I don't see how this penalizes the Sharks.

Doesn't really hurt Scott either. He still has his day job as a tree, which weirdly makes him move faster than during his NHL gig.

I just got a banner ad for Clorox

"Sometimes a fart... isn't just a fart. Bleach it away!"

So unbelievably funny. God, I am dying here

There was a classic ad for a beeper (do people still use beepers?) where farting was featured prominently - At any rate, I'll try to find it.

Edit: Here it is.

Habs are starting Tokarski tonight against the Oil and saving Carey Price for the Flames tomorrow night. Can't say I blame Therrien, that's a wise move.
