you all understand that these juniors are the worst thing to watch first if a NHL deal is reached and they play a short season. the hockey will be outright shit for the most part after watching this

Pool B is working out quite nicely with Russia dropping a point in regulation, and then beating the US. Canada's in the catbird seat.
I know they have had their 'easy games' early, but are now in a position to be defending the group lead instead of chasing

These guys are used to playing big time minutes for their respective junior teams though, I think they'll be fine. That said, the USA has a quick, quick team.

The team that stays out of the penalty box the most will probably win. Russia had 8 minutes of powerplay time in the 1st period alone against the USA.

Gibson is the real deal. The US defense is solid. The only forward that's really stood out to me is Grimalidi. This guy plays both ends of the ice very well. Galchenyuk is probably the most skilled, but was a non factor against Russia.

It's going to be fun on Sunday.

I believe CAN plays the winner of USA v CZE and SWE plays the winner of RUS v SUI. The selfish me wants to see CAN - USA and SWE-RUS with CAN - RUS in the gold medal game.
