Yes it is Boss (as well as Tambellini's). Of course Kevin Lowe selecting Brent Sutter to coach Canada at the WHC over Tom Renney is a sign that the gig could be up.

Funny Because it's realistic!!

• Close to home for Butter
• Lowe and Tambellini obviously don't care about results
• The Oil will need a new tank commander in the fall
• Butter can be Lowe's barn sparring partner... he can even provide the barn

I think the checklist is complete for Oilers' personnel decisions.

ST waited too long to let Renney know his fate, and releasing on teams twitter wasn't exactly top shelf way of doing things IMO

Really?!? Did Tambellini not contact Renney to let him know of his fate prior to the tweet from the Oilers official twitter account? That's poor form if true.

thats not exactly the way it shook down ... upon returning from the worlds, Tamby went to visit Renney in BC to tell him that they werent bringing him back
