Self-proclaimed Asshole
Profar is 12 for 23 in the WBC and has played well in CF.
That's intriguing, but I know he wants to play 2b or SS long term.

So, just under three weeks out, here's what I've got for a roster:
Starting pitchers (5): RHP Yu Darvish, LHP Cole Hamels, LHP Martin Perez, RHP Mike Hauschild, RHP Dillon Gee
Sometimes I think he pitches the same way.Nick Martinez on the mound today.
Funny story from ST about Nick. He came out of the clubhouse area and was headed towards the practice field. At Surprise, in order to do so, the players have to walk through the open area where the fans are. Nick was being cordial to the fans, signing autos and taking pictures. At one point though, he looked around, saw no other players, and said out loud "wait..., are we supposed to be out here?"
Turns out he went to the wrong field that morning. My buddy and I had a good laugh about that for the rest of the trip.
Just as we all predicted....![]()
Actually I kind of thought Hauschild had a real good opportunity here. But Gee? Not at all.
And I still have pretty high hopes for Griffin.
Griffin, man... I tell you, he had Mike friggin' Trout flailing away at his pitches when I watched him in Surprise; he went 3 IP and gave up 1 hit. He's got something, and I hope he can contribute.

Nick Martinez has a 12.75 era for the spring. And just allowed a run in the first. Not going to make the team pitching like that.
Chi Chi is at 9.39.Wow....that's horrid. Any idea of what Chi-Chi's is?
Should I take back what I said previously about my faith? ha ha

Nope.Is the game televised?
Well that's too soon.Nick 2.2 ip, 9 hits, 7 earn runs. Don't care if I don't see him again till next spring.
