Anyway, Allen Walsh saying NBC is pissed at the NHL for not sending players to Korea so they aren't airing any games during the Olympics (which I figure would be a given anyway).

Heard segments on both radio stations last night, in interviews with Glenn Healy and Gord Miller, both guys talking about how pissed the players are right now that they’re not in Korea.

Bob McCown said he had spoken to people both at NBC and CBC who are pissed at the IOC for not hashing out a deal with the NHL now that they’re realizing that literally nobody gives a damn about the hockey tournament without the NHLers.

If that’s any indication, everybody’s given Bettman a nice bargaining chip heading into the next CBA, TV deals and Olympics.

I am more interested in the women's tournament than the men's. That wouldn't be the case if the NHL players were in it.
