Not sure if I am seeing where he is any better than we have now.

Neutral defensively, a little bit of power, ok bat, doesn't walk... he's at least serviceable

If he can replicate what he did last year, then he will be more than fine with me.

And that it looks like its only gonna benefit us for the first half of the contract.... as the vast majority of big contracts do

Don't see it being the boondoggle in the back end that some people do

He's actually a lot better than Rosales. Which might not be saying much. He just projects to be better than negative production.

Bat is way better than Wilson and Rosales, and defensively he is solid but not great

True but I was curious if Wrigley field was of any help there. Wasn't sure.

He hit .305 at home and .194 on the road. The jet stream may or may not exist anymore, but guys can still hit pretty well at RBiA.

So on a non Rangers related note. Has anyone seen all the stuff the makers of The Show planned for this year's game? I am so damn excited! I am just bummed the PS4 version won't be out until the first week of May.

never got into the show. I just don't see the improvements year by year. The pitchers look like robot when they pitch lol. I dont play video games too much, but when I do its either fifa or nhl

Also, according to mlbtr, we officially signed baker. I know people had talked about it but I dont know if anyone had said it was official. Also, we arent losing anything for the murphy pick up, it was a waiver claim.

I would rather have traded for Rickie and I don't even want him. He's probably a little worse defensively, but more power and better hitter. He had a bad year last year though.

Love The Show.. Its the main reason (besides blu-ray) that I had a PS3.

Probably be the only reason I have a PS4. (as everyone I know, including myself, has a X1)
