Padres did something. Although it wasn't a big something.

Who are the finalists in the Harper sweepstakes? Dodgers and Phillies?

Also, any other Yankee fans not want Machado in pinstripes?

I Wish we could get one more decent arm and I also wish we didn't trade our best prospect for Paxton.

That's a good pickup for the Mets. Ramos is one of the better catchers in baseball.

Toronto sucks. He plays for Toronto. Can't "take over baseball" on a team that sucks. Only guy that can do that is Mike Trout and I wouldn't say he's "taking over baseball".

Eh, depends on how Vlad Jr. is personality wise. Trout isn’t very PR savvy by him not wanting to market himself. Toronto is in a better situation than Seattle was when Ken Griffey Junior “took over baseball”.

Toronto isn't a place that players play to "take over baseball". That belongs to, in today's baseball, Chicago (NL), New York (AL), Boston, Houston and Los Angeles (NL). Every other team just isn't a place where any player can "take over baseball" whether it's due to the success of the team, the market, the fan base or a combination of those things.
