I have many questions after being too lazy to change the channel for the first 4 minutes of this game

How is Norfolk State the 1 seed in this conference with a 17-15 (10-6) record and NC Central is 21-12 (14-2)??

These two teams are absolutely terrible, may very well have been the worst 4 minutes of basketball I ever watched

Apparently the floor is freezing cold??

I once saw Columbia play @ Army! Looked like what one would expect watching a bunch of Journalists play a bunch of Soldiers instead of basketball players. Set basketball back 50 years! Had a fun time though, and the Army Arena was very nice.
