After going 3 and 20 in Tenn he may be 1 of the few willing to come here.

That I could do. He may help Matt. Has worked with great QBs in his career. Was it him or better question is how much did he help them?

I do not feel he is HC material. Seems he lost that locker room last year and it carried over. I feel Kurt put him on the map with already assembled. Much like Gruden success was already I place. I could be wrong, but just feel he's one of those HC that's better suited as OC/DC Marenelli anyone?

AZ were the West Coast Lions before Wiz took them to the SB. He's probably a much better HC than Caldwell.

Yeah, but his record with Kurt Warner is much better than without... The Lions don't have a Kurt Warner, they have a Dan Orlovsky.

Ya, he helped resurrect Warner. I really enjoyed that run. They also had a really great D. But then again, so did we until Suh left.

Not saying he isn't better than Caldwell. I wanted neither coach. I've always felt this way, because Kurt took them to a SB. KW didn't build that team up over years. Kurt left and so did KW's titles.

I don't remember was there any other interviews? Was Caldwell the first. I know it was a very quick process it seemed once they started.
