No team has ever won 3 Super Bowls in a row. What if the Chiefs do it?

Chiefs demise won't get the Broncos a playoff appearance. Just sayin'

It’s delicious either way. Only thing better than watching the Chiefs fail in the regular season was watching the Chiefs get blown out in the Super Bowl. Almost as awesome as having watched the Raiders get blown out in the Super Bowl. Both times by the Bucs.

Thank you, Tampa Bay!

66% chance they'll play a team that has already beaten them, 33% chance they'll be eating BBQ at home watching the game on TV

My best guess is that they'll be the 7 seed playing in Buffalo
Pats at an 88% chance of eating BBQ this off-season, playoff magic went South

Gotta win 2 in a row before talking about 3 in a row.

Honestly, the toxicity comes from the top down. You know how 20-50% of your fanbase gets entitled? 24/7 NFL coverage about how Mahomes is the next Brady, the Chiefs are the next dynasty, etc. You even get Eagles fans falling into this stuff apparently.

There is at least a 50% chance at least that we'll never see another Brady. NFL is single elimination, has a ton of injuries, and defenses regularly get turned over every year. The same people s&itting on the Chiefs are the same people thinking Bill Belichick isnt one of the best coaches ever.

That said, Honey Badger is just mad in general right now. He IS on the worst defense in football and he has lost his cool many times. Its not like he is talking from a position of being a calm and steady guy. He plays off emotion. He loses his cool all of the time. And yeah, he is a good pro football player. These guys are also making millions of dollars and generally the offense has been doing most of the heavy work throughout.

Kansas City is a football town. They can be 1-16 or 16-1 and you're going to get every kind of fan and every kind of take.

I'd also like to point out that NFL Memes is basically a platform to standardize toxicity.

I don't watch any ESPN or NFL coverage. I only watch games.

What does that mean for Mahomes legacy and the GOAT argument we are watching him make over his career? What does that say for Andy Reid?

For both I think it makes a case for them to be in conversations of best ever but it does not push them to GOAT status. Andy Reid would for sure be in the top 5 HC conversation to end his career with 3 straight Super Bowl wins.

Now if they win 4 in a row when no other team has won 3 in a row? Then it gets interesting.

Then even if Mahomes only wins 1 other title late in his career he would have stake at the GOAT title having won 4 in a row early in his career.

Reid with 4 straight titles added onto already his lengthy resume then enters a debate with BB as the GOAT HC, especially if BB remains in the league and AFC during this 4 year run.
That would be interesting. You think that will happen?
So how many of the next 4 Superbowls does he have to win?

May have a tough time winning another... already below the cap with only 38 people on their roster... And Hill is a free agent after next season...

They're gonna have to make some SERIOUS cuts this offseason and Brown (OT) is a HIGH commodity free agent that just came off blowing the AFC Championship, he is going to be looking for a PAYDAY, and someone will give it to him. The Chiefs can't afford him.
