O/u 9.5 no hitters this year?
Maybe the question should be O/u on 19.5 no hitters this year? we're on pace for almost 21 now.
4 of those have been against Cleveland & *Seattle...(twice each)Craziest thing is all 5 no hitters this year have come against AL lineups.

*For the Mariners it was the 2nd time they were no hit in less than 2 weeks.
Even crazier.
Not as bad as the Braves almost getting no-hit twice in the same day...Not sure no hitters should count against the Mariners. Seattle was actually 6 outs away from being no hit last week and that would have been 3 in 2 weeks.
That’s what happens when you have leadership full of businessmen rather than people who actually love the game.the fact that the MLB talked about using a less juiced ball this season, doesnt help this situation at all...
Why does baseball get in its own way?? you use a juiced ball, and then complain about there being too many Home runs, now you are basically using a dead ball, and you are complaining about too many no hitters... and such lack of offense...
i have a suggestion baseball. choose the type of baseball you want, and stop chainging!!! you are not helping the sport!!!
one of many... But i honestly dont see a way out of this problem...How the 'K' became the most destructive letter in Major League Baseball
Pitchers are chasing K's. Hitters are OK striking out. So what's the big deal? It's destroying the sport.www.espn.com
