What a weird game. It's like they didn't want to win the series. I know a couple pitchers are injured but is Kolby Allard really next man up? If he wasn't drafted in the first round, he'd be jockeying a register at a truck stop by now. And somehow he only gave up 3 runs! and they still fucked it up. At least they are set up for next week with Wheeler, Nola and Sanchez.

I think he may need to “tweak” something and go back down to Lehigh Valley again for a rehab stint. That worked last time to get him going. He’s really broken right now. When he’s giving up bombs to guys with no pop it’s officially a problem.

Yeah it's almost like when teams get in that situation they just pick a guy who has pitched in the big leagues before, no matter how bad they were. Kind of like how some backup QBs keep getting jobs.
