Braves own this division until further notice.
Shockingly the Mets could finish in 2nd. Enjoy it Braves fans, the future looks bright for the New York Metropolitan Baseball Club.
TAKE IT BACK!
For all we know, the Mets finishing 2nd might be more of a testament to how bad the division (other than the Braves) has been than a future outlook.
I just saw the Mets Opening Day lineup. This is some sort of cruel hoax or April Fool's joke, right?
Why whatever do you mean
I know you wrote that over a year and a half ago, but notice has been served. The Braves and Phillies now will be duking it out for the number one draft pick, and the Nats and Marlins will finish 1-2.
At least my Mets remain consistent at 3rd.
Indeed. The Braves freefall was brutal.
That Kimbrell-Upton trade to the Padres was a huge white flag. And now, we'll never hear the end of Hammer going on and on about SD...
Yes we will when the Marlins beat the Padres in the wildcard game. Then we will have to listen to Hammer cry all winter.
Solid win for the Mets today.
Max Scherzer, meet Ian Desmond. He's no Jose Iglesias with the glove or arm.
Boo-yeah, Mets leading the division after one day. Suck it Nats!
LOL @ Miami..... so far.
