I can't think we'd trade a starting-caliber OLB to an NFC playoff contender unless we got pretty good compensation. Jimmy Graham, maybe?

Sweet! I was actually hoping they'd trade Brooks for a DB instead of Parys, but it's nice that they realize what they have in Lemonier & ca$hed in on Haralson. No word on compensation yet I'm assuming.

I can't see it being that low. And I'd be pissed if it were. There's a solid chance Haralson will start for the Saints. I can't believe we'd help them out that much for a 6th or 7th.

Since Haralson only has 1 year on his contract, this is essentially a rental. A 5th rounder would be a lot IMO.

I don't think they'd do that. They'd agree on a contract extension before the trade was official if they wanted to extend him.

Same here. They already have the Chiefs' 2nd or 3rd and the Titans' 3rd. Another pick would be some nice ammo' to trade up in next year's draft!

I am guessing you want as much ammo to move up for this guy who is supposed to be pretty good. A DE who blew up Michigan's RB perhaps? Hmm?
